Coffee from Honduras with a full aroma and a slightly sweet, mild flavour. Gives a good balance in your cup of coffee. This medium roast is perfect for quick filter or cafetière. Around the year 1700, the Spanish brought the coffee beans they found near Ethiopia to Honduras. Honduras now produces around 13 million kilos of special (organic and/or Fairtrade) coffee a year. From this, we naturally select the best coffee to import.
The process:
The coffee beans are picked in 3 to 5 rounds and washed with clear water. The beans are 100% sun-dried. SUN roasts the coffee beans according to the slow roast process in their own roastery into delicious coffee.
