In around 1700, the Spanish brought the coffee beans they found near Ethiopia to Honduras. Honduras now produces roughly 13 million kilos of special (organic and/or Fairtrade) coffee each year. From this, we naturally select the best coffee to import.
The process:
The coffee beans are picked in 3 to 5 rounds and washed with clear water. The beans are 100% sun-dried. SUN roasts the coffee beans according to the slow roast process in their own roastery, resulting in delicious coffee.
