Mövenpick coffee beans
Mövenpick coffee comes from a Swiss brand and is roasted by Darboven. Here you'll find four Mövenpick blends, all as coffee beans in 1 kg bags: Caffè Crema, Espresso, El Autentico and Der Himmlische. They are made for bean-to-cup machines and espresso machines with a grinder. Caffè Crema and Espresso tell you by their name which cup they are meant for.

Mövenpick coffee beans at Café du Jour
The Mövenpick range here is small and focused: four blends, all whole beans, all in 1 kg bags. That suits a bean-to-cup machine at home or in a small office, where a kilo goes quickly and the machine grinds each cup fresh.
Which Mövenpick blend suits your cup?
Mövenpick Caffè Crema
Caffè crema is the long black coffee a bean-to-cup machine makes at the press of a button: brewed like an espresso, but with more water, so you get a full cup with a layer of crema on top. Choose the Mövenpick Caffè Crema beans if that is what you drink most, black or with a dash of milk.
Mövenpick Espresso
The Mövenpick Espresso blend is meant for short cups: espresso, ristretto and the base of a cappuccino or latte macchiato. If you mostly drink coffee with milk, an espresso blend holds its taste under the milk better than a caffè crema blend.
El Autentico and Der Himmlische
Mövenpick El Autentico and Mövenpick Der Himmlische complete the range. Both are whole beans in 1 kg bags and work in the same machines. Their product pages show the roast, strength and flavour of each, so compare those before you choose.

Caffè crema or espresso: a quick guide
- Mostly long black coffee: Caffè Crema.
- Mostly espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato: Espresso.
- A bit of both: start with Caffè Crema for black coffee, and set the machine to a shorter cup when you add milk.
