Our loyalty points system is simple and rewards you in various ways. You can earn loyalty points by: Receiving 100 loyalty points when you first sign up for the newsletter1 loyalty point for every euro spentEarn 250 loyalty points when you refer a friend who places an orderOccasionally, there are temporary promotions where you can earn extra points. We always communicate these via the newsletter.

You can redeem your saved points via the shopping basket for a discount on your order. This is only possible if the order amount is higher than €10. In your shopping basket, you will see the "use loyalty points" option at the top right (above the shipping costs block) if you have enough loyalty points. Each loyalty point represents a value of €0.01, and you can choose how many points you want to use for a discount.

Yes, our loyalty points have an expiry date of 12 months from the moment they are earned. This means you need to use your points within a year to benefit from the accumulated discount. If you receive an email that your points are about to expire but you are unable to use them at that time, please feel free to send us a message. We can reinstate your expired points if necessary.

In most cases, you can combine your saved points with other discounts or promotions, allowing you to save even more on your order. However, please check the specific terms and conditions of current promotions, as some discounts may not be combined.

The discount amount you can receive with saved points depends on the number of points you have. Each loyalty point is worth €0.01. So, depending on your saved points, you can receive a considerable discount. Check your account to see your current number of points and the possible discount.
