Magento & Snel.com
Our web store has been developed with Magento software, we have chosen Snel.com for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. Snel.com has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Snel.com is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption, various technical security implemenations and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
Email and mailing lists
We also use the services of Mandrill/Mailchimp for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Mandrill/Mailchimp does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
We use the Mollie platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and in this context (anonymised) data with
to share with third parties. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than permitted by law.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of QLS, MyParcel, DistriXL and DPD to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with one of these carriers. They only use this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. External sales channels
We sell (part of) our items via the Bol.com and Amazon platform. If you place an order via these platforms, Bol.com and/or Amazon will share your order and personal data with us. We only use your data for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your personal data for targeted marketing. If you share information with us and we use this information to contact you at a later time, other than at your request, we will ask you for explicit permission for this.
