A peek inside the Café du Jour roastery

Café du Jour is the work of two brothers in Honselersdijk (the Netherlands), close to Rotterdam but away from the busy city streets. Their passion for coffee became their craft. After years of experience in hospitality, including Italian restaurants, Café du Jour was born in 2015 after endless experimenting with coffee beans and espresso machines. At first it was just a hobby, but once we started sharing our coffee with friends and family, it grew so fast that we had no choice but to make it our full-time job.
