Kokoa Kamili is a Tanzanian cocoa fermentation company that contributes to 25% more income for cocoa farmers. The cocoa beans used for this bar are fermented in banana leaves for six days and then dried for five to seven days. Mark van Krak Chocolate has roasted and rolled the beans into a delicious chocolate bar.

Krak Chocolate is the company of bean-to-bar chocolate maker Mark Schimmel. Where most chocolatiers and confectioners use melted factory chocolate, Mark controls the entire process himself.
