Flavour and strength

Expect chocolate and fruity notes in a balanced cup with good body. That moderate strength makes it an easy coffee to drink every day, straight or with milk.

How to brew it

Because you grind the beans yourself, one bag covers several ways of making coffee. Grind fine for espresso, whether you use a portafilter or a bean-to-cup machine, and use that espresso as the base for a cappuccino. For filter coffee, set the grinder a little coarser.
