How to make it
- Measure 28 g of powder into your cup.
- Add 180 ml of liquid: two-thirds hot water and one-third warm milk gives the richest result.
- Stir until the powder has fully dissolved.
Hot water on its own works too, for a lighter drink. More milk makes it creamier and milder; more water brings the tea and spices forward.
Iced chai latte
Dissolve the powder in a little hot water, pour it over ice and top up with cold milk.
