Value box with 6 × Julius Meinl Caffè Crema Premium Collection (coffee beans, 1 kg).
Julius Meinl Caffè Crema Premium Collection is a bean blend put together for coffee with milk. Arabica from Brazil and Central America forms the base, with a touch of Robusta from Asia added to it. It comes from Julius Meinl, the Austrian coffee producer whose style grew out of the old coffee bars where writers, artists and thinkers met. If cappuccinos and lattes are what you make most, these whole beans in a 1 kg bag are worth a look.
Details
Julius Meinl is an Austrian coffee producer with its roots in coffee bar culture: the cafés where artists, writers and thinkers met to talk, work and trade ideas. The Premium Collection carries that name, and Julius Meinl Caffè Crema is the blend in it that was put together with milk in mind.
The blend
Most of what you get is Arabica, grown in Brazil and Central America. A touch of Robusta from Asia is added to that base. On our strength scale the result comes in at 10 out of 13, strong enough to come through in a cup with plenty of milk.
How to use it
These are whole beans, so grind them just before you brew. Then use them for the drinks this blend was made for: a cappuccino, a latte, a flat white or a latte macchiato. Anyone who takes most of their coffee with milk will get the most out of this bag.
