Details
Passalacqua is a traditional coffee roaster from Naples, and Cremador is the blend it developed specifically for fully automatic espresso machines.
Blend and flavour
Cremador is 70% Arabica, made up of beans from five different origins. Together they give a rich aroma, a full, round body and a notably thick crema. The flavour is accessible but has real character, as you would expect from a Neapolitan roaster: full, aromatic and creamy. Café du Jour rates its strength 9 out of 13.
How to drink it
Use Cremador in a bean-to-cup machine and choose an extended espresso or an elegant lungo. In the longer cup the blend keeps its flavour and balance.
