Flavour profile
The floral side leads, backed by caramel, almond and dried fruit. A light spiciness runs through the middle and the finish stays floral. At 9 out of 13 on our strength scale it is a full-flavoured, intense coffee: the sweetness is there, but this is not a light cup.
In the cup
As an espresso, Dolce Crema is smooth and full, topped with a pleasant crema. In a cappuccino the rounded body stands out and the caramel and almond notes sit well with the milk. It works as filter coffee too.
