Pellini Cremoso is a dark-roasted Arabica and Robusta blend in a 1 kg bag of whole beans, roasted in Italy. It smells of caramel and hazelnut with a touch of spice, drinks full-bodied and, true to its name, pours with a dense, velvety crema. Strong enough to hold its own in a cappuccino, and just as good as a straight espresso, a ristretto or an Americano.

Caramel, hazelnut and a little spice
Cremoso is Pellini's blend of Arabica and Robusta, roasted dark. The aroma is caramel and hazelnut, with delicate spice behind it. In the cup it is full-bodied: the spice sits alongside the sweetness of the caramel and the softness of the hazelnut, so it tastes intense without turning harsh. As the name suggests, the crema is the point here: dense, hazelnut-coloured and velvety.

Grinding and brewing
These are whole coffee beans, for a bean-to-cup machine or your own grinder.
