Pellini TOP Originale 100% Arabica, previously sold as Pellini TOP 100% Arabica, is a slow-roasted, medium-roast blend made only from Arabica, in a 1 kg bag of whole beans roasted in Italy. Open the bag and you get toast, butter biscuits and dark chocolate; in the cup there is a citrus freshness, a medium body and a fine hazelnut crema. An elegant everyday espresso that also works as an Americano or with milk.

Chocolate, biscuits and citrus
TOP Originale is Pellini's 100% Arabica blend, roasted slowly to a medium roast. The aroma is toast, butter biscuits and dark chocolate: warm and familiar. In the cup it has a medium body, a fresh, pleasant acidity with a citrus note and a touch of bitterness. The crema is hazelnut-coloured, fine and velvety, and it holds well.
At 5 out of 13 on our strength scale it is a lighter cup than Pellini's Arabica and Robusta blends.
Grinding and brewing
These are whole coffee beans, for a bean-to-cup machine or for grinding yourself. Pellini recommends TOP Originale first of all for espresso, for an Americano and for cappuccino, where that fine crema shows best. Ground medium-coarse, it also makes a clean cup of filter coffee.
