What it tastes like

Green tea with lemon, and the balance is the point of it. The green tea is gentle rather than grassy or bitter, and the lemon reads as fresh instead of sharp, so the cup never tips over into sourness. If you find plain green tea a bit bare and lemon tea a bit much, this sits between the two. It drinks well without milk or sugar, though you can stir sugar in first if you take it that way.

Made in one stir

Each Royal T Stick is a sealed tube with the tea inside, and it works as the stirrer as well. Open a wrapper, put the stick in a mug of hot water and stir gently until the colour comes through. Lift it out when the strength suits you, let the water drain back into the stick, and bin it. Nothing to squeeze against the side of the mug and nothing dripping across the worktop on the way.
