Sunleaf Strawberry keeps to one flavour and gets it right: sweet, ripe strawberry that holds from the first sip to the last. It is the sort of thing to put on in the afternoon when you want something sweet without opening the biscuit tin, and it needs nothing added to it — no sugar, no milk.
Hot, or over ice
Pour water straight off the boil over the bag and give it three to five minutes; the longer you leave it, the fuller the strawberry gets. For a cold jug, brew two bags in a little water, let that cool, then top up with cold water and ice. The fruit holds its flavour once it is chilled, which is not true of every tea.
