How much ends up in your cup depends on your dosage and steeping time. If you want no caffeine at all, choose rooibos or a herbal infusion.

We recommend about 2 grams of loose tea per cup. Use water that has just stopped boiling and let the tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Oolong can often be infused a second time; that second infusion may steep a little longer. Water that is too hot or too long a steeping time overpowers the floral character of this blend.

Store the tea dry, dark and well sealed, and not next to strongly scented products, because tea leaves pick up odours easily.
