A Viennese roast, made in Austria
Jubiläum — German for anniversary — is roasted and produced in Austria in the classic Viennese roasting style. That means a medium roast: the beans come off before they darken and go oily, so the aromatics stay in the cup instead of being roasted out of it. Arabica and Robusta are blended together, which is where the body and the crema come from.
