How can I return an order?
Not completely satisfied? We find that just as annoying as you do. That's why we will resolve it as quickly as possible. You can return an order. Your return shipment must meet a number of conditions; Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us in writing that you are returning the order via email. After the notification, you have another 14 days to actually send the order back. You must include a note in the shipment (inside the box) with the order number and possibly the reason for the return. You have not used the item and if it is a consumable product, the bag or packaging is unopened. The item is not personalized, for example printed with your own logo or specially ground for you. You still have the original packaging of the product. You have not attempted to repair any damage yourself. After receiving your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days. Can I receive a return label for my return shipment?
Yes, we can send a prepaid return label as a PDF for returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany. The cost of this, €3.95, will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If you would like to receive a return label, you can indicate this when reporting your return via email. You will need a printer to print the label.
How can I exchange a product?
At Café du jour, we have a money-back policy for returns. If you want to exchange a product, you can return the original product and receive a refund of the purchase amount. You can then place a new order for the desired product yourself.
What are the conditions for returning products?
Products can be returned if they meet the following conditions: you notify us of the return within 14 days, the product is unused and in its original condition, and the packaging is unopened in the case of consumables. Personalized products or repaired items are not eligible for return.
