Our loyalty points system works simply and rewards you in various ways. You can earn loyalty points by: Receiving 100 loyalty points upon signing up for the newsletter for the first timeEarning 1 loyalty point for every euro spentReceiving 250 loyalty points when you refer a friend who places an orderSometimes there are limited-time promotions through which you can earn extra points. We always communicate this via the newsletter.

You can redeem your accumulated points in the shopping cart for a discount on your order. This is only possible if the order amount is higher than €10. In your shopping cart, you will see the option "use reward points" (above the shipping costs block) in the top right corner if you have enough reward points. Each reward point represents a value of €0.01, and you can choose how many points you want to use for a discount.

Yes, our loyalty points have an expiration date of 12 months from the moment they are earned. This means you must use your points within a year to benefit from the accumulated discount. If you receive an email that your points are about to expire but you cannot use them at that time, feel free to send us a message. We can reinstate your expired points if necessary.

In most cases, you can combine your accumulated points with other discounts or promotions, allowing you to save even more on your order. However, be sure to check the specific terms of ongoing promotions, as some discounts may not be combinable.

The discount amount you can receive with earned points depends on the number of points you have. Each loyalty point is worth €0.01. Therefore, depending on your accumulated points, you can receive a substantial discount. Check your account to see your current number of points and the potential discount.
