How many coffee beans can I cool at a time in the Gene Café CBC101

The maximum capacity of this coffee bean cooler is 500 grams, but we recommend 400 grams or less at a time. With 250 to 400 grams of beans, cooling takes about a minute, depending on the type of bean and the temperature at which the beans come out of the roaster.
