With the Gene Café CBR101 coffee roaster, you can roast between 50 and 250 grams of green coffee beans at a time. We recommend using 200 grams each time for the most consistent result. Fewer beans will shorten the roasting time, while more beans will lengthen it – keep this in mind if you want to maintain a fixed roasting profile.

How do I clean and maintain the Gene Café CBR101 for long-term use?

After each roast, we recommend removing the loose chaff from the roaster. Every 20 roasts, take out the chaff collector and clean it with warm water.
