Golden Chai No.35 - Organic & Fairtrade - Bradley's - 25 tea bags

A CHAI IN A GOLDEN JACKET
Bradley's has been shaking up the tea shelf for over 35 years, and Golden Chai No.35 is the celebratory proof: a golden box created for the brand's 35th anniversary. In the cup you get a classic masala chai the way it should taste. Robust black Ceylon tea as the base, a generous hand of cinnamon and cardamom on top, and finally a warm, almost sweet hint of vanilla that rounds off the sharper edges of clove and pepper.

INGREDIENTS
Flavoured black tea with spices: black tea (49%)*, cinnamon (17,5%)*, ginger (10%)*, clove (6,5%)*, nutmeg (6%)*, pepper (5%)*, cardamom (5%)*, natural vanilla flavouring (1%). *Of organic origin. The box holds 25 bags of 1.5 grams, 37.5 grams in total, each individually wrapped in an aroma-sealed envelope.

HOW TO BREW THE PERFECT CUP
Pour water at 100 °C over one bag and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. The longer you wait, the more the spices step forward. Chai takes milk beautifully, so a splash of whole or plant-based milk is no crime at all.

ALSO AS A CHAI LATTE
Steep two bags for five minutes in a small amount of hot water, top up with frothed milk and sweeten to taste with a spoonful of honey or cane sugar. A few minutes later you have a chai latte that holds its own against the coffee bar.

ORGANIC AND FAIRTRADE
Pure Ceylon tea, packed in Sri Lanka, carrying the EU organic label (NL-BIO-01). The quantity of tea, cinnamon and ginger required for this product is sourced, traded and audited as Fairtrade: 76.5% of the total. Fairtrade tea may be mixed with non-certified tea on a mass balance basis.

PACKAGING AND BRAND
The box doubles as a dispenser and goes into the paper recycling after use, as do the envelopes; the tea bag itself belongs with the organic waste. Bradley's is a brand of Axxent Masters in Tea B.V. in Gorinchem, a certified B Corp.
