No, the Hario Buono kettle does not have a limescale filter. You keep scale under control by descaling the kettle now and then with a liquid descaler or a descaling powder.

How often you need to do this depends on how hard your tap water is. In a hard water area, descaling once a month is about right. With soft water a few times a year is plenty. Fill the kettle with the descaling solution, leave it to work for as long as the packaging says and then rinse well with clean water a few times.
