Krak Chocolate - Vietnam Anh Em B10 - Dark Chocolate

Krak Chocolate is the brainchild of bean-to-bar chocolate maker Mark Schimmel. While most chocolatiers and sweet makers use melted factory chocolate, Mark takes charge of the whole process himself.

He selects cocoa beans from special origins based on each harvest year. By roasting and rolling the chocolate himself, he crafts unique flavours you're not going to find in your average supermarket chocolate bars.
