Coffee with an exotic, fruity aroma and a complex, subtle flavour. The strong body makes for a firm but subtle cup of coffee. This medium roast is perfect for quick filter or cafetière.
The coffee grows in Papua New Guinea in the mountainous highlands at over 1,500 m altitude. About 75% of all coffee is grown by smallholders. Blue Mountain coffee originated in Jamaica. Seeds were brought to PNG in the 200s, where conditions proved ideal. The process: farmers pick the coffee beans in 3-5 rounds. The coffee beans are then washed and sun-dried.
The green beans are then delivered to SUN coffee. They then roast the coffee beans into delicious coffee using the slow roast process.
