Yes. Our customer service actually recommends long life whole milk for milk foam, so the milk that is not kept in the chilled section. The fat content of at least 3.5 percent gives a creamy, full flavour in cappuccino and latte macchiato. Froth the milk cold, then the foam holds up better.

Not while it is unopened. This milk is UHT treated and you can simply keep it in the cupboard until the date on the carton. As soon as you open a carton, you do put it in the fridge and use the milk within four to five days.

Fresh milk is pasteurised and only stays good for a few days. Lang Lekker whole milk is UHT treated: the milk is heated to over 135 degrees for a few seconds, which makes it keep for months while unopened. The taste is very close to fresh whole milk: full, creamy and mild. In coffee, tea and cooking you use it exactly like fresh whole milk.

The case contains 12 cartons of 1 litre, 12 litres of whole milk in total. That makes the case weigh a good 12 kilos and measure roughly 42 by 14 by 19.5 centimetres. Handy if you want to keep a stock of milk at home for coffee, tea or cooking.

This is whole cow's milk with at least 3.5 percent fat, without added sugars and without preservatives. Milk naturally contains calcium, protein and the vitamins B2 and B12.
