Grinding prodomo Decaf beans
Dallmayr recommends prodomo Decaf for the hand filter, the French press (cafetière) and the filter coffee machine, so grind the beans to suit: medium-fine for filter, coarser for the cafetière. You can also use the whole beans in a bean-to-cup machine. For filter coffee in general, Dallmayr advises grinding coarser if the water drips through too slowly and finer if it runs through too fast.
Straight after roasting, the beans are sealed aroma-tight in the pack under a protective atmosphere. An aroma valve keeps air away from the roasted beans, so the flavour and aroma are preserved. Once opened, keep the pack well closed in a cool, dry place.
