What is the Gene Café motor gear?

How to replace the motor gear

Turn the roaster off, disconnect it from the mains and give it time to cool right down before you begin.

1. Turn off the roaster, unplug it and let it cool fully.
2. Take off the side panel to reach the drive motor.
3. Ease the old gear off the motor shaft.
4. Push the new CRA75-016A gear squarely onto the shaft until it locks in place.
5. Put the side panel back on and run a test roast.
