Early riser or not, is it? Espresso Madrugador is a solid (but medium-roasted) espresso, specially crafted to brew extra strong espressos, giving your day the kickstart it needs. Kick off your morning the right way with a shot of delightful Madrugador. It's not for the faint-hearted, because you couldn't exactly call this blend mild! It's a slightly fruity espresso with a strong spicy punch.
The Madrugador is the star of our coffee line-up and is roasted in a cosy, traditional roastery in a barrel over a gas flame. After each batch, the roaster lets the beans rest for a few hours, a day at most, before assessing the flavour. Only when everything's perfect are the beans packed in a container that allows any residual gases to escape while keeping air out. The roasting date is always nice and recent, no more than four weeks old, and you'll find it printed on the front of the coffee.
Kimbo Prestige coffee beans are medium-roasted Italian coffee beans in a 1-kilo pack. This blend consists of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans from South America and Asia. The coffee has strength 5 and a smooth flavour with notes of caramel, biscuits and a light hint of chocolate in the finish. The beans are produced in Italy by Kimbo from Naples and are suitable for espresso, filter coffee and cappuccino. The coffee contains caffeine and has a full body, intense aroma and dense crema.
