The cocoa for Swingin' Sunrise comes directly from Kokoa Kamili in the Kilombero Valley, Tanzania. Here, Simran and Brian collect beans from small cocoa farmers and ferment and dry them with care and love. Through their meticulous work, the cocoa retains its unique character and flavour aromas. This direct cooperation not only guarantees the best quality, but also offers a fair price for the farmers.
