Yes, Strawberry Fields Forever is made with a green tea base and therefore contains caffeine, also known as theine. If you are looking for a caffeine free alternative, have a look at a rooibos or a herbal infusion. The shorter the steeping time, the less caffeine ends up in your cup.

The ingredients of this loose leaf tea are green tea, flavouring, rose blossom and pieces of strawberry. Those real pieces of fruit and blossom also make the tea look attractive in your pot or glass. If you have an allergy, always check the label on the packaging you receive.

We recommend about 2 grams of loose-leaf tea per cup, roughly a level teaspoon. Use water at about 80 degrees and let the tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
