No, Citrus & Verveine is a herbal tea and naturally contains no caffeine or theine. This tea is therefore also suitable for drinking in the evening and by children.

How do I best prepare this loose herbal tea?

We recommend using approximately 2 grams of tea per cup. Pour water at around 95°C over it and let it steep for 5-8 minutes for optimal flavour and aroma.
