Our coffee is roasted fresh just before it gets shipped out. Every day we roast small batches to always ensure that the coffee beans we send are fresh.

Moreover, we just make really good coffee. We taste every batch we produce (indeed, we get little sleep with all that caffeine), and if we don’t like it, the batch is rejected. Every bag of coffee we send out has the roast date printed on the packaging, so you can always see exactly how fresh your bag of coffee is.
