I’m receiving a reminder to complete my payment, but I’ve already paid. Is this correct?

This can happen if the payment has not been processed correctly by our payment provider, while the amount has still been debited from your account. Please contact us with your order number. We will check the payment status and resolve it immediately. Any duplicate charge will of course be refunded.
