Made in south India

Sunleaf tea is produced in the south of India. The leaves are picked there, and processed, blended and packed there too, by experienced members of the local community.

Twenty-five bags, wrapped one by one

All 25 tea bags are individually wrapped. Ginger and lemongrass are both aromatic and lose their edge once they sit in open air, so the sachet does real work here: the flavour holds until the moment you tear it open. It also makes the box easy to keep in a desk drawer or carry with you.

Making a cup

Use one bag per cup, water straight off the boil, and about five minutes. Ginger is a root and gives up its warmth slowly, so a short steep leaves you with mostly lemongrass; the longer the bag sits, the more the ginger comes through.
