Hot chocolate straight from the machine

Café du Jour Cocoa Mix is made for automated service rather than for a saucepan. The powder dissolves in hot water on its way into the cup, so a machine that only mixes and pours still turns out a smooth chocolate drink, without lumps and without a sludge left at the bottom.

Dose and yield

About 20 g makes one cup. At that dose a 1 kg bag is good for roughly fifty servings. Set the dose once on the machine and the rest looks after itself.
