The 600 ml jug is the larger of the two matt black Café du Jour jugs. It holds enough milk for one or two cappuccinos or a large latte, and the headroom matters as much as the volume: milk expands as it aerates, and a jug with space left in it lets you keep the milk turning long enough to get a smooth, glossy texture.

The body is stainless steel with a matt black coating over it.
