Pellini TOP 100% Arabica beans are made exclusively from the finest Arabica coffee beans from Central and South America and have a medium roast. This combination results in a mild espresso with a full crema layer, a lightly fruity aroma and low acidity. The flavour is often described by our customers as very refined and exceptional.

Despite the high intensity (10), these beans are actually mild in flavour with low acidity and without a bitter or sharp aftertaste. The intensity mainly refers to the full, aromatic character, not to an overpowering bitterness.
