Yes. China Jasmine is a true green tea from the tea plant and therefore contains caffeine. How much ends up in your cup depends on your dosage and steeping time: a shorter steeping time gives a lighter cup. If you are looking for something caffeine free, take a look at a herbal tea or a rooibos.
