L'OR coffee beans are made for espresso and combine arabica and robusta, in a different ratio for each variety. We stock four L'OR espresso beans in 1 kg bags: Riche, Harmonieux, Vibrant and Elegant. Riche also comes as a box of 6 x 1 kg, handy for offices and anyone who gets through a lot of coffee.

The L'OR range at Café du Jour

All four are blends of arabica and robusta, and L'OR sets the ratio differently for each, so Riche, Harmonieux, Vibrant and Elegant each have their own flavour profile. Not sure which one suits you? Buy single 1 kg bags of two varieties and compare them side by side, made the same way on the same machine. Once you have found your favourite, the 6 x 1 kg box of Riche is the economical way to keep a stock.
Which machine do you need?
All four are whole beans, so you need a grinder. A bean-to-cup machine grinds fresh for every cup. With a traditional espresso machine you use a separate grinder and set the grind yourself: fine for espresso, a little coarser if you make longer coffees.
