Which Scanpart water filter fits your machine?

Each filter is named after the machines it fits and the original filter type it replaces. Find the type number of your current filter or check your manual, then pick the match:

• Water filter compatible with De'Longhi ECAM: replaces type DLSC002 / SER3017
• Water filter compatible with AquaClean, Philips, Saeco: replaces type CA6903
• Water filter compatible with Sage & Solis: replaces type BES008 / SES008
• Screw-on water filter: compatible with AEG, Bosch, Krups, Siemens, Melitta and similar machines

Why use a water filter?

A filter in the water tank catches part of the limescale and chlorine in tap water before it reaches the machine. That means less limescale in the boiler and the pipes, a longer gap between descaling cycles and cleaner-tasting water in your cup. Replace the filter as your manual describes; many machines have a setting that reminds you when it is due.

Scanpart 2-Phase Cleaning Tablets

Coffee oils build up in the brewing unit of a bean-to-cup machine and slowly affect the taste. The Scanpart 2-Phase Cleaning Tablets come in a pack of 40 for the cleaning programme of your machine. Check in your manual that your machine takes cleaning tablets of this type, and use one per cleaning cycle unless the manual says otherwise.

Original or compatible?

A compatible filter does the same job as the original filter for your machine and fits the same place in the water tank. Scanpart designs these parts itself; they are not the machine maker's own parts. What decides the fit is the type number: if the product name lists the filter type your machine uses now, it fits. The product page also names the machines it suits.
