Fourteen drip bags of our Ethiopia coffee, each one a pre-filled filter with flaps that hook over the rim of your mug. Tear one open, hang it in place and pour hot water slowly through the freshly ground coffee. There is nothing to measure: every bag holds the right amount for a single cup.

How it tastes

Ethiopia is a blend, not a single-origin coffee: several 100% Arabica coffees go into it for a balanced cup. The flavour is full, fruity and floral, and it ends on a gently spicy note. With a medium body and refined acidity, the fruit comes through clearly without turning sharp. It sits at 6 out of 13 on our strength scale, so there is character in the cup without heaviness. Drink it black, or add a drop of milk.
