Our spice mix gives your mulled wine a classic, wintry flavour thanks to, among others, star anise, cloves, orange peel, real Ceylon cinnamon and anise. The mix creates a spicy, warm, slightly sweet and citrus-fresh mulled wine. You can add extra sugar, lemon or fresh orange to taste.
What is the best way to brew this loose leaf tea?
For the best result, we recommend brewing the Kir Royal white tea with water at approximately 80°C (not boiling), and allowing the tea to steep for 2-3 minutes. Use about 2 grams of tea per cup (approximately one teaspoon).
