Water filter espresso machine universal

We recommend fully submerging the filter in water for 10 minutes before use. This allows the filter to become saturated and prevents unnecessary air from entering the water supply hose and pump of your espresso machine. Once saturated, simply connect the filter to the water supply hose in the water reservoir of your espresso machine.

The use of this filter ensures that limescale is filtered out of the water, which prolongs the lifespan of your espresso machine and means you need to descale less frequently. Many customers also find that their coffee tastes smoother and that the filter takes up little space in the water tank.

This DVA water filter is universally suitable for almost all espresso machines with a water reservoir and a water supply hose (such as Bfc, Ecm, Expobar, Isomac, Vbm and similar models). Please check whether your hose has an internal diameter of 7.5 mm; in that case, the filter is guaranteed to fit.

For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the water filter after 300 cups of coffee or at least every 2 months. In the case of very hard water or intensive use, more frequent replacement may be necessary to minimise limescale build-up and maintain a good coffee flavour.
