A berry-led fruit tea

Forest Fruit from Tea of Life is built on wild berries and fruit. The cup comes out deep in colour and sweet without being sugary, carrying the slight sharpness ripe berries have — body enough that most people take it as it is, with no sugar and no milk. It is the one to reach for if you want fruit rather than a plain black tea.

Twenty-five bags, each wrapped on its own

The bags are not loose in the box; every one sits in its own sachet. Fruit aromas are volatile and start to go as soon as they meet air, so the wrapper earns its place — the twenty-fifth bag smells like the first. It also means you can drop two or three into a bag for work without them picking up anything else on the way.

Making a cup

One bag per cup, water straight off the boil, three to five minutes in the water, and longer if you want it fuller. If the box gives a different recommendation, go by the box.
