- Most of the range is also organic; see below how to tell
- Boxes of 25 tea bags, plus a display box of 120
Organic or not?
Most teas in this range have "Organic" in their name. Forest Fruit, Green Tea and Camomile are also available in a version whose name does not say organic, and Green Tea Lemon only comes in that version. If organic matters to you, pick the tea with "Organic" in the product name.
Choosing a flavour
Black tea: English Blend and Earl Grey
English Blend is a strong black tea that takes milk well, the one for your morning cuppa. Earl Grey is black tea flavoured with bergamot, lighter and more fragrant, and usually drunk without milk.
Chai
Chai is a spiced tea. Drink it as it is, or brew it strong and top it up with warm milk.
Green tea
There is plain Green Tea, Green Tea Lemon and Green Tea Matcha Strawberry. Green tea turns bitter in boiling water, so let the kettle cool for a few minutes first and steep for two to three minutes.
Herbal infusions
Camomile, rooibos and Ginger Lemon are infusions rather than tea from the tea plant. Rooibos and camomile are naturally caffeine-free, which makes them a common choice for the evening. More options are in our herbal tea varieties.
Assortment Display
The Assortment Display holds 120 tea bags in several flavours. Handy for an office, a meeting room or a B&B, where everyone can pick their own.
Brewing tips
- Black tea and chai: freshly boiled water, three to five minutes
- Green tea: water just off the boil, two to three minutes
- Rooibos and herbal infusions: boiling water, at least five minutes; rooibos does not turn bitter if you leave the bag in
- Add milk to black tea after brewing, not before
