illy Intenso ground coffee is the dark roast of illy's blend of 100% Arabica beans, in a 250 g tin. It is the same blend as illy Classico, roasted darker for a bolder, fuller cup. If you used to buy illy's dark roast, this is the same coffee under a new name and in new packaging.

How to use it

This tin is ground for espresso: spoon it straight into the portafilter of your espresso machine, tamp and brew. It also works well as the base for a cappuccino.
