Arabica with washed Conillon

Conillon (often spelt Conilon) is the name Brazilian growers use for their Robusta. The Conillon in this blend is washed and carefully selected. Washed means the fruit is removed from the bean before drying, a method that generally gives a cleaner-tasting coffee than natural processing. Robusta is known for adding body and caffeine to a blend, while Arabica brings the aromatic side.
