This Virunga (formerly known as Cru Virunga) is harvested in the Virunga National Park in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. With a cocoa percentage of 70% and a 20-hour conching process, this results in a beautiful chocolate with a complex flavour and plenty of depth.
Flavour profile: warm notes of sour cherries and black tea.
